NORR is one nurse’s clinic. Agnes takes every blood sample herself — which is the whole point of it.
Agnes is a Registered General Nurse, registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland under number 253276. She has run her own clinic in Waterford since 2018, and trains other nurses and doctors in aesthetic medicine at Cosmed Academy in Dublin.
The clinic started as BeautyYou and became NORR in 2026, when the blood test service and doctor consultations were added. The name changed; the person taking your appointment did not.
In most places a blood sample is a transaction: a queue, a number, a technician you will not see again. At NORR it is 10 to 15 minutes in a private room with a nurse who has taken thousands of samples and who will tell you what each marker on your form is actually for.
The practical difference shows up when veins are difficult, when someone is frightened of needles, or when a question occurs to you halfway through. None of that is in the price list. It is the reason people come back.
Agnes trains other nurses and doctors in aesthetic medicine at Cosmed Academy in Dublin, where medical and healthcare professionals come for hands-on clinical training.
For a patient, the relevant part is small but real: teaching a procedure to other clinicians means doing it precisely enough to explain every step of it, every time.
She does not diagnose, and she does not interpret your results for you. Those are a doctor’s job, and the line is a real one — it is set by her registration, not by her confidence.
What she does instead is explain what is being measured, make sure the sample is taken properly, and, if you want your numbers interpreted, put you in front of a doctor who can do it. That is what the €45 doctor review is for.
