Taking aspirin and other NSAID painkillers
Blood diseases: sepsis, critical thrombocytopenia, platelet dysfunction, Fibromyalgia, Haemodynamic instability
Leukemia, myeloma
Active viral and bacterial infection
Taking drugs that impair blood clotting and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs

PRE-PROCEDURE RECOMMENDATIONS

Avoid the following for at least 1 week prior to treatment:

Stay hydrated drink plenty 2L of water daily

Wear SPF 30 or higher

POST-PROCEDURE RECOMMENDATIONS

During the first 24 hours you should avoid:

No make up for 24hrs
Wear SPF min. 30
Use fresh pillowcase and towel
Exposure to the sun, hot baths, sun exposure
Avoid contact with animals
Avoid using swimming pool or sauna
Avoid excessive sweating exercises
You should not drink alcohol for 24 hours after the procedure
Stay hydrated and eat healthy, nourishing meals

Cream with Arnica can be applied to the treated area to minimise bruising.
